FRIENDS AGAIN-STATE OF ART

Friends Again were a Scottish 1980s pop group, formed in 1982.

It was built around by Chris Thomson, later of The Bathers, and James Grant, who went on to form Love and Money. The group was famous for their singles "State of Art", "Sunkissed" and "Honey at the Core". They released a self-titled EP in 1983, and then recorded their debut album, Trapped & Unwrapped (1984). The LPs sound ranged from 1970s styled funk to soulful ballads, with Thomson featured in their last single "South of Love". Grant formed Love and Money in 1985 with the rest of the band, while Thomson created The Bathers in 1987.
